I have had so many beautiful experiences in my life

I have loved my children

I love my fur babies

I love my mom as hard as that is to say today. Over the years she hurt me ALOT! I had to suffer for her choices as a druggy, a swinger, a partier! Every single thing that came before me. Even to her lies and her choices in making me.
but I’m really glad I have the opportunity to love her the ways she should have loved me. It’s been scary watching these changes and her decline. More like terrifying.

But….

I got the most amazing miracle in the process. Allah sent my Umair to chase me and I fell in love! I love him so much. The only thing harder than the memories and hurt my mom created is being devoted and caring for her as she transitions to the next part of her life is that for the first time in my life I want to be selfish and run and stay with my husband while we wait for our approval! I love him so fucking much and he is so strong for me through each phase of my mother’s decline. So maybe tonight and every night you might throw a little prayer up to the heavens that we get a miracle or two our way and he would be home and by my side.
