We set off to see the world, our first taste of adventure
It was my first trip to the destination I’d always dreamed of, beautiful Dubai. I wanted to see the wonders of the world.
It was 💜Umair💜💜’s first trip as well outside of Pakistan
Too silly kids
I had no clue whatsoever that my debit card wouldn’t work internationally
We had a pocket full of cash that we made work
We bought absolutely nothing for ourselves on this trip
💜Umair💜💜 had brought me gifts from home, and I had brought him gifts from home
My absolute treasure from this trip, the honeymoon of a lifetime with my husband, even though absolute treasures from this trip, the honeymoon of a lifetime with my husband
I wish we had done more of the gold souk & tea souk and fantastic day excursion, the water taxi that took my breath away. I had never experienced anything like this: the green planet, walking on the beach, the fountain. Oh my gosh, I had no idea what all the hype was about the fountain, but 💜Umair💜💜 was convinced I needed to see this, and I did because in front of me, this musical late show water display took my breath away as my husband and his smile that can light up the world
I love my husband as much as I did on that fantastic trip. Maybe I love him even more. Is that even possible? I think it is because we’ve had family hurdles and health issues with Mom, but it continues to go downhill, and we face them together.
I love you 💜Umair💜💜 thank you for giving me a paradise for a honeymoon, and I wish plane tickets weren’t so expensive because honey, I go back to Dubai every weekend with you. I love you so much.
