My Night Prayer

I step outside to pray to Allah in the quiet gentle breeze

I am always humbled by the miracles He created for you and me

As my prayer continued I find myself slightly distracted by a lonely crickets song, far off in the prairie grass

The cicada hums along in time

Birds chirp the sweetest melody calling out from high in the trees

A bullfrog bellows like a trumpets horn

Nature this evening calls out to me

I go back to my prayer

Humbled by Allahs perfection. He has created for me
